A no-fuss brunch casserole featuring a savory layer of muffins and turkey bacon under a silky, rich hollandaise-topped egg custard.
Ingredients
6–8 English muffins, halved and toasted
8 oz turkey bacon
8 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 cup hollandaise sauce
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Layer toasted muffins and turkey bacon in the dish.

Whisk eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. Pour over layers. Drizzle hollandaise on top.

Bake 30–40 minutes until set. Let rest 10 minutes.
