Description

A creamy, fresh, and flavorful guacamole made with ripe avocados, lime juice, and a vibrant mix of vegetables and herbs. Perfect as a dip, topping, or spread, this guacamole delivers the bright and zesty taste everyone loves.

Ingredients

Ripe avocados

Red onion, finely chopped

Tomatoes, finely chopped

Jalapeños, finely chopped

Garlic, minced

Fresh cilantro, chopped

Sea salt

Ground cumin

Fresh lime juice

Olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Choose and Prep Avocados – Select avocados that yield slightly when pressed. Cut in half, remove the pit, and scoop flesh into a medium bowl.

  2. Mash the Avocados – Mash with a fork or potato masher until desired texture (smooth or chunky).

  3. Add Fresh Ingredients – Stir in onion, tomatoes, jalapeños, garlic, and cilantro. Sprinkle in salt and cumin, then mix gently.

  4. Add Lime Juice – Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and stir to combine.

  5. Adjust and Serve – Taste and adjust seasonings. For added richness, drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately or store properly to prevent browning.

Notes

  • Press plastic wrap directly onto the surface to slow browning.
