Ingredients

For the Chicken & Broccoli:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cups broccoli florets

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: Combine olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub onto chicken and marinate for at least 20 minutes.

  2. Grill Chicken: Grill for 5–7 minutes per side or until internal temp reaches 165°F. Rest and slice.

  3. Cook Broccoli: Steam or sauté until tender-crisp.

  4. Make Sauce: Mix all sauce ingredients until smooth.

  5. Assemble Bowls: Combine chicken and broccoli in bowls. Drizzle with sauce and serve.
