Ingredients

1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/4 cup sugar-free sweetener (erythritol, monk fruit, or preferred)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
Optional Mix-Ins:
1/4 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Chopped nuts, sugar-free peanut butter swirls, cocoa nibs, or coconut flakes
Instructions

Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment.
