Description

This Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom Skillet is a quick, healthy, and flavorful one-pan dish made with sautéed cauliflower and mushrooms in a garlicky butter sauce. Low-carb, vegetarian, and ready in minutes, it’s perfect as a side or light main.


Ingredients

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp butter

1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets

8 oz mushrooms, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

½ tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper, to taste

1 tbsp lemon juice

¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add cauliflower and sauté for 5–6 minutes until golden.

  3. Add mushrooms and cook for another 4–5 minutes until tender.

  4. Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Finish with lemon juice, Parmesan (if using), and parsley.

  6. Serve hot.

  • Skip Parmesan for dairy-free version
  • Add chili flakes for heat
