These decadent Fried Strawberry Cheesecake Sandwiches feature creamy cheesecake filling, fresh strawberries, and sweet jam between slices of golden-fried brioche. Perfect for brunch, dessert, or an indulgent snack.
Ingredients
Sandwiches:
8 slices brioche or challah bread
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
½ cup fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup strawberry jam
For dipping/frying:
2 large eggs
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
Instructions

Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

Spread mixture on 4 slices of bread. Add strawberries and jam. Top with remaining slices.

In a shallow dish, whisk eggs and milk.

Heat skillet over medium and add butter.

Dip each sandwich in egg mixture. Fry 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown.

Let drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
