This 4-ingredient salted caramel no-churn ice cream is rich, creamy, and incredibly easy to make—no ice cream maker needed! Just whip, swirl, and freeze for a homemade treat everyone will love.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
½ cup caramel sauce
½ teaspoon sea salt
Instructions

In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form (about 3–4 minutes).

Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk and sea salt until fully combined.

Swirl in the caramel sauce. Mix fully or leave ribbons of caramel throughout.

Pour mixture into a loaf pan or freezer-safe container. Cover tightly.

Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.

Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping. Serve with extra caramel if desired.
