Description
Crock Pot Steak Bites are tender, flavorful pieces of beef slow-cooked in a savory garlic butter sauce. This easy slow cooker recipe creates juicy steak bites that are perfect for serving with mashed potatoes, rice, or vegetables.
Ingredients
Steak Bites
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Place the steak pieces in the crock pot evenly distributed to allow for even cooking.
- Add seasonings and sauce: Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the steak pieces.
- Add butter: Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute them on top of the steak.
- Cook: Cover the crock pot and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or until the steak bites are tender.
- Stir midway: If possible, stir the steak bites halfway through the cooking time to ensure even flavor distribution.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish the cooked steak bites with chopped parsley before serving. Serve alongside rice, mashed potatoes, or vegetables for a complete meal.
Notes
- Use ribeye or chuck steak instead of sirloin for extra tenderness.
- Add mushrooms or onions along with the garlic for additional flavor.
