Ingredients

Steak Bites

  • 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Prepare the steak: Place the steak pieces in the crock pot evenly distributed to allow for even cooking.
  2. Add seasonings and sauce: Add the minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper over the steak pieces.
