Ingredients
Steak Bites
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Garnish
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prepare the steak: Cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces ensuring uniform size for even cooking.
- Layer ingredients in crock pot: Place the steak pieces into the crock pot, then add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the meat.
- Add butter: Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute them on top of the steak and seasoning mixture.
- Cook the steak bites: Cover the crock pot and cook on low heat for 4 to 5 hours until the steak is tender and infused with garlic butter flavor.
- Stir halfway through cooking: If possible, carefully stir the steak bites about halfway through the cooking process to ensure even seasoning and cooking.
- Garnish and serve: Once cooked, sprinkle chopped parsley over the steak bites for a fresh finish. Serve hot with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.

- For extra tenderness and richer flavor, consider using ribeye or chuck steak instead of sirloin.
