Ingredients
4 large potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Dipping Sauce:

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream

1 tablespoon mustard

1 tablespoon chili sauce

Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges. Place them in a large bowl.

Toss the potatoes with olive oil, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, oregano, thyme, and pepper.

Grease a baking tray and arrange the potato wedges in a single layer. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and crispy.

For the dipping sauce, combine Greek yogurt or sour cream with mustard and chili sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
