Ingredients
14–16 oz extra-firm tofu, pressed and cubed
½ cup cornstarch
¼ cup soy sauce (or gluten-free tamari)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
¼ cup honey (or maple syrup/agave for vegan)
4–5 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp sesame oil
½ cup neutral oil (for frying)
Sesame seeds and sliced green onion (optional, garnish)
Instructions

Press and cube tofu. Coat with cornstarch.
