Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cups fresh spinach

8 ounces cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon paprika

½ teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and onion powder.

  3. Sear chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Remove from heat.

  4. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, and salt until smooth.

  5. Layer spinach in baking dish, top with chicken, then spread cream cheese mixture over chicken.

  6. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.

  7. Bake 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked and cheese is bubbly.
