This Creamy Honey Pepper Chicken Mac and Cheese Delight combines tender chicken with a sweet and spicy honey pepper glaze, creamy cheese sauce, and pasta for a comforting, flavorful dish.


Ingredients

Chicken:

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper (adjust to your preference)

Mac and Cheese:

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni (or pasta of your choice)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season and Cook Chicken: Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook in olive oil until browned and fully cooked. Slice into strips or cubes.
  2. Make Honey Pepper Glaze: In the skillet, combine honey and black pepper. Simmer to thicken. Toss cooked chicken in the glaze.
  3. Cook Pasta: Boil macaroni, drain, and set aside.
  4. Prepare Cheese Sauce: Melt butter, add garlic and onion powder, stir in cream, then melt cheddar and Parmesan for the sauce.
  5. Combine and Serve: Mix macaroni with cheese sauce, add chicken, and toss to combine. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
