Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced (for sauce)
¼ cup heavy cream (for sauce)
2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions

Mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper; coat chicken and marinate 15 minutes.

Sear chicken in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes per side; rest and slice.

Melt butter, sauté garlic, add heavy cream; stir to thicken and set aside.

Cook ramen noodles; drain and set aside.

Sauté garlic in sesame oil, add chicken broth, soy sauce, and cream; simmer 5-7 minutes.

Assemble bowls with noodles, broth, sliced chicken, and garlic sauce.

Garnish with green onion and chili oil. Serve immediately.
