Description

These Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls are a festive blend of savory ground turkey, sweet dried cranberries, herbs, and breadcrumbs—perfect as a holiday side, main, or appetizer.


Ingredients

1 pound ground turkey
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chicken broth
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, cranberries, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add broth, eggs, and parsley. Mix until combined.

  4. Shape mixture into balls and place on prepared baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden and cooked through.

  6. Serve hot with gravy or cranberry sauce if desired.
