  • 8 oz linguine (or pasta of choice)

  • Grated Parmesan cheese (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook in a skillet until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  2. Cook the Linguine: Cook linguine in salted boiling water. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water.
  3. Prepare the Sauce: Melt butter in a skillet, add garlic, lemon juice, zest, herbs, and spices. Add broth (or wine) and cream if using.
  4. Combine and Serve: Add chicken and linguine to the skillet. Toss to coat in the sauce. Adjust consistency with pasta water if needed. Garnish and serve hot.
