Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375 °F (190 °C) to prepare for baking the casserole.
- Combine ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, cooked egg noodles, cream of chicken soup (or Greek yogurt), milk, peas or mixed vegetables, and about ¾ cup of the cheddar cheese. Mix until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Prepare baking dish: Lightly grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray to prevent sticking.
- Assemble casserole: Spread the mixed ingredients evenly into the greased baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
