Description
These easy Cinnamon Roll French Toast Bites are golden, crispy, and tossed in cinnamon sugar. A quick breakfast or brunch treat that tastes just like mini cinnamon rolls.
Ingredients
4 thick slices white bread (day old, crusts removed)
2 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
Pinch of salt
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp butter, divided
Maple syrup, for serving
Instructions

Cut each bread slice into 9 equal cubes.

Whisk eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.

In a separate shallow bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar.

Heat 1/2 tbsp butter in a skillet. Dip half the bread in egg mixture and fry 2–3 mins, tossing until golden.

Immediately coat hot cubes in cinnamon sugar.

Repeat with remaining butter and bread.

Serve warm with maple syrup.
