1 small onion (80g), finely chopped
Green onion, chopped (to taste)
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium carrot (3 oz – 90g), grated
Half a bunch fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 cup (35g) breadcrumbs
1 potato (9 oz – 250g), grated and squeezed
2 eggs
1 ½ tsp (7g) salt
1 tsp (3g) ground black pepper
