Ingredients

Chicken:

- 2 tbsp olive oil
Alfredo Sauce:
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the Fettuccine: Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in olive oil until fully cooked, then slice.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Pour in heavy cream, simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth.
- Combine and Serve: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, add sliced chicken, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
