2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

Step 1: Preheat and Prepare the Pan

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Line a 9×5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing the paper to hang over the sides for easy removal.

Step 2: Mix the Wet Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together melted butterpumpkin pureeGreek yogurteggsbrown sugar (or coconut sugar), maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Step 3: Combine the Dry Ingredients
