Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole milk
3 large eggs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for greasing)
Powdered sugar, for dusting (optional)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease muffin tin with butter.
