- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400 °F (200 °C) to prepare for baking the chicken after searing.
- Season and Sear Chicken: Season both sides of the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken for 2 minutes on each side to develop a golden crust.
- Prepare for Baking: Transfer the seared chicken breasts to a baking dish. Layer the slices of fresh mozzarella and tomato evenly on top of each chicken breast.
- Bake the Chicken: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 °F (74 °C) and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
