Description

These no-bake peanut butter balls are filled with crushed Butterfinger candy, graham crackers, and creamy peanut butter, all dipped in chocolate and topped with festive toppings. A fun and easy treat for holidays or everyday cravings.


Ingredients

4 tablespoons butter, softened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup peanut butter (avoid all-natural types that separate)

1 cup powdered sugar

¾ cup graham cracker crumbs

½ cup crushed Butterfinger bars

8 ounces chocolate bark or chocolate chips

Optional: extra crushed Butterfingers, sea salt, or sprinkles for topping


Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter and softened butter until smooth. Mix in vanilla.

  2. Gradually add powdered sugar. Fold in graham cracker crumbs and crushed Butterfingers.

  3. Roll into 1 to 1½ tablespoon-sized balls and place on parchment-lined tray.

  4. Freeze for 30 minutes until firm.

  5. Melt chocolate in 30-second intervals at 50% power, stirring until smooth.

  6. Dip each ball in chocolate and decorate immediately with toppings.

  7. Let chocolate set fully before serving or storing.
