- 2 cups old-fashioned oats
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven. Preheat your oven to 350 °F (175 °C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
- Combine dry ingredients. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt until evenly distributed.
- Mix wet ingredients. In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir until everything is thoroughly incorporated.
- Bake the oatmeal. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until the oatmeal is set and the top is golden brown.
