Description
A fragrant and refreshing iced latte made with chilled black tea, milk infused with sage and blackberries, and sweetened naturally for a botanical twist.
Ingredients
2 cups black tea, brewed and chilled
½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
¼ to ⅓ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
2–3 fresh sage leaves
1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
Ice cubes
Instructions

Brew black tea and refrigerate until chilled.

In a saucepan, heat milk, blackberries, sage, and sweetener until warm. Do not boil.

Strain infused milk to remove solids. Let cool completely.

Fill glasses with ice and pour in equal parts tea and infused milk.

Stir well and serve cold

- Use green tea for a lighter version.
- For a creamier latte, increase the milk to tea ratio.
