Ingredients
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 oz cooking oil (vegetable or canola)
2 large eggs
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 1/4 cup chocolate chips (divided)
Oil spray for greasing the pan
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl.

Mix wet ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Add dry ingredients and mix.
