Ingredients
2 ripe bananas (mashed)
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/4 cup ground flaxseed (optional)
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or dried fruit (optional)
Pinch of salt
Instructions

Mash bananas in a large mixing bowl.

Add peanut butter, sweetener, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine.

Mix in oats, flaxseed (if using), and salt. Stir until well combined.
