Ingredients
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
8 oz fresh mozzarella (balls or sliced log)
½ cup fresh basil leaves
2–3 tbsp balsamic reduction
Optional:
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Fresh cracked black pepper
Flaky sea salt
Instructions

Rinse and slice the strawberries into ¼-inch slices.

Slice fresh mozzarella into rounds or drain mozzarella balls.

On a platter, alternate slices of strawberry and mozzarella.
