Juicy, tender chicken breasts are marinated in a rich balsamic-herb blend, then baked to perfection for a healthy, flavor-packed meal.
Ingredients
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)
Instructions

Mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey, garlic, oregano, and thyme in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.

Marinate chicken for at least 30 minutes (up to 4 hours).

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line or grease a baking dish.

Bake chicken with marinade for 25–30 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).

Let rest 5–10 minutes. Slice and garnish with basil.
