Ingredients
4 salmon fillets (5–6 oz each)
1 round (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)
2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or line a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix Boursin, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil.

Pat salmon dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Place salmon in dish and spread Boursin mixture over each fillet.
