Description

This Baked Boursin Salmon recipe features tender fillets topped with a garlic and herb cheese mixture that melts into a creamy, lemony sauce as it bakes. Fast, flavorful, and perfect for any night of the week.


Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (56 oz each)

1 round (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (Garlic & Fine Herbs)

2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp lemon zest

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)

Lemon wedges (for serving)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease or line a baking dish.

  2. In a small bowl, mix Boursin, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, and half the olive oil.

  3. Pat salmon dry, drizzle with remaining olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Place salmon in dish and spread Boursin mixture over each fillet.

  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily and reaches 145°F.

  6. Rest briefly, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
