Description

Crispy and flavorful, these air fryer zucchini chips are a healthy, low-carb snack you can make in under 20 minutes. With no breading and just a little olive oil, they’re perfect for dipping or enjoying on their own.

Ingredients

2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/8-inch rounds

12 tablespoons olive oil

Salt, to taste

Optional seasonings: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, dried herbs

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry zucchinis, then slice into thin rounds.

  2. Toss slices with olive oil in a mixing bowl.

  3. Add salt and any optional seasonings. Toss again.

  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

  5. Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the basket.

  6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.

  7. Remove when golden and crisp. Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, use evenly sliced zucchini.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket—work in batches.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
