Description

These soft and naturally sweet banana donut holes are made with just three ingredients. They’re perfect for a quick snack or dessert and can be baked or air-fried. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and ready in under 20 minutes!

Ingredients

1 large ripe banana (mashed)

1 cup almond flour or oat flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon or vanilla extract (optional)

Optional: coconut sugar, cinnamon, or shredded coconut for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) or prepare your air fryer.

  2. Mash banana in a medium bowl.

  3. Add flour and optional cinnamon or vanilla. Mix until a soft dough forms.

  4. Roll dough into 1-inch balls (wet hands if sticky).

  5. Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes or air-fry for 8–10 minutes until golden.

  6. Optional: Roll warm donut holes in cinnamon-sugar or shredded coconut.

  7. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Very ripe bananas yield the best results.
  • Oat flour provides a denser texture; almond flour keeps it softer.
  • Add mini chocolate chips or chopped nuts for variation.
